Booking a course with Aquipe

Booking takes a couple of minutes, and you'll know exactly where you stand at every step.

1. Choose your course and date

Each course runs as a full day in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. Pick the session that suits you and select how many technicians you're sending. Courses are capped at 16 so everyone gets hands-on time.

2. Pay securely online

Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most widely used payment platforms. Aquipe never sees or stores your card details. Prices include GST, and you'll receive a tax invoice for your records. Nothing is posted or delivered, so just choose the free option at checkout.

3. Get your confirmation

You'll receive an email straight away confirming your course, city and date. If you've booked several seats, reply with your technicians' names so we can prepare their certificates.

4. Receive your joining instructions

About a week before the course, we'll email the venue address, start and finish times, parking details and what to bring.

Need to change something?

You can send a different technician in your place at any time, at no cost. Transfers to another date are free up to 7 days before the course. Cancel 14 or more days out for a full refund, or 7 to 13 days out for a full credit toward a future course. If we ever need to cancel a course, you can choose a full refund or a transfer. Blackfern members

You can use your Blackfern rewards points for Aquipe training. Email training@aquipe.nz to book this way, rather than checking out online.
